

As part of the Live Client Project, I worked with a team to develop a structured and scalable social media strategy for WheelEasy, a mobile auto service specializing in at-home tire services in the London Area. The client faced several challenges: limited brand identity, inconsistent and unstructured posting and overreliance on the founder’s personal brand.
To address these issues, we designed a comprehensive plan focusing on four key pillars: brand storytelling, audience engagement, strategic content planning, and performance measurement. Our approach included clear SMART objectives, platform-specific strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and a content calendar tailored to showcase promotional posts, customer stories, and expert tips. This strategy aims to boost online engagement, increase brand awareness, and support the company’s growth by building a recognizable and reliable digital presence. My role in this project was to design graphic posts for social media platforms and to develop a clear SMART objectives for this social media strategy.
